Video On-Line Training (VOLT)
IBANS is now offering Video On-Line Training (VOLT) for members!
The VOLT course was specifically developed by the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta (IBAA) to provide practical, hands-on information and bring technical information to life. The modules include interviews with indsutry experts, E&O avoidance tips and advice from adjusters and underwriters, as well as some sales tips.
The video modules can be accessed for a period of 30 days from the course library, which contains personal and commercial lines modules, as well as a producers and managers series.
