Duties:
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct thorough market research to identify the most suitable insurance products for clients
- Analyze insurance policies to ensure they meet clients' needs and comply with regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing claims efficiently
- Utilize sales techniques such as telemarketing and retail sales to promote insurance products effectively

Qualifications / Required Skills

Experience in sales, sales administration, or insurance sales an asset
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to analyze complex information and make informed recommendations
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not necessary
