We’re excited to offer the Customer Service for the Insurance Professional (CSIP) Program! This four-module series will be delivered through instructed webinars over a four-month period.
This program will help ensure that a brokerage maintains a consistent, high quality, customer service approach in all market conditions and is an excellent resource for anyone new to the insurance brokerage field. It can also be a great refresher for seasoned employees.
