 l WebinarÂ onÂ January 21, 2025 from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.\n\nÂ \n\nIt is i
 mportant for brokers to understand their exposures to Errors & Omissions
  claims and how to avoid actions and control their risks, which could re
 sult in a lawsuit.\n\nOur E&O webinar will assist members in identifying
  some of the most common claims, trends and tools to control their expos
 ures.Â \n\nThis webinar isÂ FREEÂ for IBANS members taking part in our P
 rofessional Liability Program with Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.Â  These
  brokerages are encouraged to attend in order to receive their loss cont
 rol credit and should register staff in accordance with the participatio
 n guidelinesÂ and eligibility criteria.Â \n\nMembers who are not part of

  \n\nPRESENTERS\n\nÂ \n\nW. Harry Thurlow, Cox Palmer\n\nHarry is a part
 ner with Cox & Palmer's Halifax office. His litigation practice has part
 icular focus on insurance, commercial, and construction matters. He is a
 Â frequent lecturer on various topics related to the insurance and const
 ruction industries. Harry has appeared in Federal Court and all levels o
 f court in Nova Scotia\n\nÂ \n\nÂ \n\nGrace Leung, Claims Expert, Vice P
 resident, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions America Insurance Corporation\n\n
 Grace completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in
  2001 and received her Juris Doctor degree,Â cum laude, from the John Ma
 rshall Law School, Chicago, IL, in 2004. After her call to the Illinois 
 Bar, Grace joined a mid-size Chicago law firm as an associate focusing o
 n insurance coverage and defence litigation. In 2007, Grace returned to 
 Toronto, Canada, where she received her Certificate of Qualification fro
 m the National Committee on Accreditation in 2008 and was called to the 
 Ontario bar in 2009. For the next ten years, Grace's litigation practice
  included providing coverage opinions to insurers and defending CGL, E&O
  and D&O claims for their insureds.Â  After leaving private practice in 
 2019, Grace handled complex liability claims as a Senior Claims Speciali
 st with two multinational insurance companies. Today, Grace likes workin
 g closely with insureds and lawyers from Swiss Re's panel counsel to def
 end claims. She also enjoys giving presentations to the industry about c
 laim trends and best practices to reduce the risk of claims.\n\nÂ \n\nAd
