With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Erika has had the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business. She began her career at belairdirect as an Insurance Agent before moving to Novex Insurance as a Group Underwriter. From there, she transitioned to supported brokers through digital solutions—handling everything from broker codes, system training, EDI/eDocs, and tech support to leading learning & development initiatives for personal lines and specialty.

In 2024, Erika joined Definity as Broker Education Manager, where she is primarily responsible for our high-performing broker producer program. Erika also collaborates closely with L&D to design interactive and engaging content for broker partners, focusing on both technical expertise and soft skills development.
