Resilience and Emotional Intelligence - Part 2
We live in times of continuous change and to weather the storms we need to understand how to be both personally resilient and how to create and sustain resilient teams. This session delves into what resiliency means, how to help yourself and others in times of ambiguity and change, how to ‘bounce back’ from setbacks and how to fortify ourselves and our teams for sustainable success. You cannot have resilience without being aware of, understanding and addressing the emotions of yourself and others. Understand how this occurs and what you need to do more of to become and remain resilient.
