Amy is a partner at Cox & Palmer's Halifax Office and practices in areas of litigation, insurance defence law and professional regulation.  She earned her degree at the University of New Brunswick following the completion of a degree in political science from St. Francis Xavier University. A frequent lecturer on civil litigation and insurance defence issues and also a contributor to a series of Case Law Updates for the insurance industry.

Grace Leung
Vice President, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions – Claims Expert

Grace Leung joined Swiss Re in February 2024 as Vice President and Claims Expert, focusing on complex Canadian liability claims. With experience in both U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions, Grace brings more than 20 years of legal and insurance expertise, specializing in E&O, CGL, and D&O claims. She is passionate about helping brokers reduce risk and understand evolving claim trends across the industry.
