Matthew Hrycyk, FCAS, CIP (Actuarial Manager, Pricing)

Matthew Hrycyk is an Actuarial Manager on the Pricing team at the Facility Association. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and has 9 years of experience in pricing with 7 years in auto insurance pricing.

Philippe Niles, ACIA (Senior Actuarial Analyst, Pricing)

After completing a Master of Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, Philippe worked in actuarial pricing for 5 years in personal home and auto and commercial auto. He is an Associate of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and has been with the Facility Association since October of 2023.
