  challenging.   Over time, these challenges can erode our motivation, 
 our engagement, and our enthusiasm.  This can affect our performance, o
 ur productivity, our overall sense of happiness, our mental health, our 
 career success and even our home and personal life.   But there are th
 ings we can do to keep our state of motivation and levels of engagement 
 healthy and positive.  In this webinar you will learn some simple but p
 owerful strategies for managing your levels of motivation, engagement, a
 nd enthusiasm and for realizing the powerful benefits that come with a p

  level.\n\nPresenter: Stephen Franklin\n\nI have taught Professional De
 velopment for 32 years, currently in my own practice with my own trainin
 g programs. Previously I worked for a number of years with the Atlantica
  Learning Corp. My earliest experience was working in partnership with D
 ay-Timers of Canada. My courses are based on extensive research and meth
 odical testing to ensure that the information, skills, processes and tec
 hniques I present are real solutions that produce real results. I curren
 tly have clients all across Canada. For the last 2 decades I have worked
  extensively with the Insurance Industry, where I have delivered my prog
 rams and developed programs for Insurance Institutes and Insurance Broke
 r Associations. I am an experienced facilitator, facilitating in accorda
 nce with the International Board of Standards for Training Performance a
 nd Instruction. In my various roles as a public speaker I have spoken ac
 ross Canada as well as in the United States and Australia. My experience
  also includes extensive personal coaching; helping clients develop pers
 onal motivation for professional skills development, facilitating them t
 hrough the necessary behaviour changes to make it happen. My training ap
 proach includes a strong focus on the practical rather than theoretical:
  a strong focus on behavioural change, helping participants successfully
