 hat is excellence, and doesn't it mean working 24/7?  In this webinar w
 e define excellence and we look at strategies to deliver high quality pe
 rformance while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.  The key learn

 en Franklin\n\nI have taught Professional Development for 32 years, curr
 ently in my own practice with my own training programs. Previously I wor
 ked for a number of years with the Atlantica Learning Corp. My earliest 
 experience was working in partnership with Day-Timers of Canada. My cour
 ses are based on extensive research and methodical testing to ensure tha
 t the information, skills, processes and techniques I present are real s
 olutions that produce real results. I currently have clients all across 
 Canada. For the last 2 decades I have worked extensively with the Insura
 nce Industry, where I have delivered my programs and developed programs 
 for Insurance Institutes and Insurance Broker Associations. I am an expe
 rienced facilitator, facilitating in accordance with the International B
 oard of Standards for Training Performance and Instruction. In my variou
 s roles as a public speaker I have spoken across Canada as well as in th
 e United States and Australia. My experience also includes extensive per
 sonal coaching; helping clients develop personal motivation for professi
 onal skills development, facilitating them through the necessary behavio
 ur changes to make it happen. My training approach includes a strong foc
 us on the practical rather than theoretical: a strong focus on behaviour
 al change, helping participants successfully implement the learning: and
