The afternoon will also feature guest speaker, Kathryn Sinclair, President & CEO, Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) to chat about industry standards and how they are reshaping the broker experience and paving the way for a more connected, intelligent, and future-ready insurance ecosystem.
