DESCRIPTION:With a growing number of new faces in the industry we wanted 
 to bring together members of our young broker (YB) community with their 
 carrier counterparts/underwriters.  We're sure you'll agree that althou
 gh "Zoom sessions" and email are necessary...in an industry built on rel
 ationships there is nothing better than gathering together FACE-TO-FACE.
   In addition to some great company... there will be appetizers, prizes
  and a cash bar!\n\nOur YB Committee and IBANS aim to bring together thi
 s diverse group of people to have a few laughs, exchange ideas and ultim
 ately build a connection that will have a positive impact on our local i
 nsurance community. Who knows who you might meet!  To make things easie
 r we'll have an interactive ice-breaker activity so you'll have the chan
 ce to learn some "fun facts" about each other! \n\nThis event is open t
 o our YBN members (those under 40 or new to industry within the past fiv
 e years and employed by a member brokerage) and our annual tiered spons
 ors (see ibans.com home page for a complete list of annual tiered sponso
 rs) at NO CHARGE.\n\nThere is also an opportunity for other insurance co
 mpanies/MGA's to be involved and those interested should contact the pro
