Broker Leadership Series
It takes more that just insurance knowledge to lead a team. That's why IBANS is pleased to introduce a new and exclusive leadership program for member brokers sponsored by Wawanesa.
Our facilitator, Jess Chapman, ethree Consulting, will guide participants through key components that will help build their confidence and highlight the importance of time management and prioritizing workloads. Additional content will focus on identifying stress points and explore the reaction cycle to avoid pitfalls that sabotage a productive work environment. One of the most important take-aways will be managing feedback and holding others accountable utilizing the NICER model.
This three part hybrid series will begin in February and wrap up in April 2023 with one session being conducted each month. The first two sessions will be offered virtually and the last will be held in person in Halifax. These sessions will not be sold individually as each component is meant to allow for participants to master vital leadership skills and propel them to the next level of exhibiting positive, purpose driven leadership.
