Refund Policy

Membership Fees:
There is no refund for membership fees.

Events & Seminars:
There will be no refunds offered for individual cancellations after the event registration deadline;  however, substitutions may be made for any registrant.
 
Courses:

• Course registrations are non-refundable once the textbooks have been shipped from the IBANS office.
• Fees for immersion courses will not be refunded unless notice of cancellation is given one month in advance of the start of the course.
