Feedback is a critical element to increase self awareness and build overall performance but its not always as simple as it sounds.  In this session we look at what makes feedback challenging to give and to receive, and share tips and frameworks to help anyone share, or receive, effective feedback.

Jess Chapman, ethree Consulting

Hailing from Great Britain, Jess has worked in the UK, Romania, France and Canada, and has held senior positions in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational performance, and change management.

Jess started ethree in 2013.   As Principal, she specializes in helping organisations lead change, increase engagement levels, drive performance of the workforce, improve leadership skills and build teams.  She has worked with, or delivered solutions for, organizations in the financial services, hospitality, fast moving consumer goods, oil & gas, government, and not-for-profit sectors.  She continues to leverage her experience as a senior leader, her skills in facilitation and feedback, and her passion for people.
