Josh Martin

Josh oversees the litigation teams in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland. With 15+ years of courtroom advocacy, he has successfully litigated claims on behalf of Intact Insurance at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.  

Outside of work, Josh currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Lawyers Insurance Association of Nova Scotia, serving as Chair of the Audit Committee; and was recently appointed to the Nova Scotia Combat Sports Authority by the Provincial government.
