The theme for this year's event is " Enhancing the Customer Service Experience". All webinars will focus on how brokers can deliver a more value-based approach when dealing with their clients. Today’s world is diverse, not just in terms of who we work along side, but also who our clients are.  In this 90 minute interactive webinar we will look at what respect at work looks like for customers and external partners, the impact of bias in our interactions with others, how we can ensure we are inclusive, and how to ensure we address even the most challenging clients respectfully.

With a background in business, HR and neuroscience, Jess leads the ethree team helping companies engage, enable and empower their people. In 2019, Jess started a second business, ethree Online that develops and delivers custom online and virtual training for all sizes of organizations.  Hailing from Great Britain, Jess has lived and worked in 4 countries. She moved to Canada in 2005 and settled in Newfoundland in 2007. She lives in Torbay, NL with her partner, Mike, two stepchildren, Liam and Logan and dog, Molly.
