Vern serves as the managing director of the T-R Group Inc. and leads our human resources, organizational development and assessment practice. Vern holds a doctorate in organizational development, a master’s degree in human resources and a masters of laws degree from Osgoode Hall School. He has been trained as a Certified Executive Coach.

This session will helps you manage priorities, streamline procedures, and accomplish more in less time, with less frustration. Learn how to survive when everything's due now by developing an action plan for juggling people, priorities, and paperwork using effective techniques.

Tony Pilon, CHRP

Tony leads our compliance, policy and safe workplace practice area. Tony holds a business administration diploma with a specialty in human resources, and adult education credentials from Brock University. Tony facilitates action learning and routinely conducts seminars and training workshops with supervisors and managers on compliance and legislative training. He is a Certified Human Resource Professional.
