IBANS is offering a Loss Control (E&O) Webinar on January 12, 2021 from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

The webinar is FREE for IBANS Professional Liability Program clients and participation is encouraged for those brokerages who want to receive their 10% loss control credit. This year we will also be opening the webinar to members who are not part of the program at a cost of $75/person.  We are also pleased to share that this webinar will be held in conjunction with IBANB.

We ask that all brokerages review the participation criteria and credit requirements and that everyone uses the position types listed in the criteria when registering.

Items to be covered include case law examples and areas of risk associated with broker activities: purchasing of a policy; coverage (adequate limits); and policy terms (exclusions); duty of care and methods to reduce or control risk.
