Kevin started at the IBAO 4 years ago to move into a full time Instructional Designer & Education Supervisor role from Apple Inc. His background is solidly in adult education, with both a teaching certification and, recently updated, adult education certificate. Always with the focus; why does the learner need to know this?, he has been part of the IBAO’s pivot to design, compose and develop all original content for both in person and eLearning courses that truly reflect the learner, not just the lecturer. The main courses developed for IBAO include; Broker Essentials In Commercial Insurance, New Broker Essentials courses, Broker Launchpad licensing course with new Becoming an Insurance Broker textbook.
