Our YBN are excited to announce an upcoming event “Society of Themis” – a virtual escape room experience.

They have teamed up with Escape Manor for this event – they will be hosting and running virtual escape rooms for teams of 3-5. Each team will be in their own escape room with the support of multiple concierges assisting them on their experience. The goal is to crack the clues and solve the mystery before the time is up!

In the adventure a mysterious email arrives in your inbox. A man has gone missing in your city. His friends and family are calling for all amateur internet-sleuths to help solve the mystery of where Tom could have disappeared to. The team has an hour and a half to find information about Toms mysterious disappearance! Team members will work together to crack the case by combining their knowledge through multiple levels of the experience.  

DATE: Thursday February 23, 2023

TIME: 6:30 pm - 8:15 pm

COST: FREE for IBANS members and insurer partners. Please note that this event is open to ALL IBANS members, not just those under 40 or new to the industry within 5 years.

TEAMS / TEAM SIZE: Each team will have between 3-5 people.

TEAMS/ TEAM NAME: Each group will choose their team’s name, please limit the length of each team name to 12-15 characters. A prize will be awarded to the team with the best team’s name- bonus points for creativity!

REGISTERING: If you are registering a team, please register yourself first, then click the "Add Another Registrant" button and continue this process until your team is registered. You can also register as an individual player and be placed on a team. Even though this event is free, you must fully complete the check out process to be registered. You will receive an email once you are confirmed as registered. Team logins for the escape room will be provided at the beginning of the event, with directions on how to get started.

DEADLINE: In order to properly organize this event, we will not be accepting registrations after 5:00pm on Tuesday, February 21st.

NOTE : The event is designed to work with restrictive VPN’s on work computers, however, if a personal computer is available, it is recommended to use it. Concierges will be available to work through any technical issues anyone is experiencing. Youtube and Tiktok access is required by at least one team member.
