IBANS and IBANB will be hosting their annual Loss Control Webinar on January 23, 2024 from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

This webinar is FREE for IBANS members taking part in our Professional Liability Program with Swiss Re.  These brokerages are encouraged to attend in order to receive their loss control credit and should register staff in accordance with review of the participation guidelines and eligibility criteria. 

Members who are not part of the IBANS E&O program can also attend at a cost of $75/person.

Items to be covered include case law examples and areas of risk associated with broker activities: purchasing of a policy; coverage (adequate limits); and policy terms (exclusions); duty of care and methods to reduce or control risk.
