REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED

We are excited to announce the return of our Hybrid Education Series - This time focusing on Communications.

IBANS is pleased to introduce an exclusive program for member brokers to enhance individual communication skills - sponsored by Wawanesa.

After the success of last year's series we have brought back facilitator, Jess Chapman, ethree Consulting, to guide participants through key components that will help build their confidence and highlight the importance of communicating inclusively and with purpose. Additional content will focus on identifying ways to position "bad" news effectively and manage messaging.

This three-part hybrid series will begin in February and wrap up in April 2024 with one session being conducted each month. The first two sessions will be offered virtually and the last will be held in person in Halifax.

These sessions will not be sold individually as each component is meant to allow for participants to master vital skills and propel them to the next level of exhibiting positive, purpose driven leadership.
