It is important for brokers to understand their exposures to Errors & Omissions claims and how to avoid actions and control their risks which could result in a lawsuit.

Our E&O webinar will assist you in identifying some of the most common claims, trends and tools to control your exposures. 

This webinar is FREE for IBANS members taking part in our Professional Liability Program with Swiss Re.  These brokerages are encouraged to attend in order to receive their loss control credit and should register staff in accordance with the participation guidelines and eligibility criteria. 

Members who are not part of the IBANS E&O program can also attend at a cost of $75/person.
