We are excited to announce the return of our 3-Part Hybrid Education Series sponsored by AVIVA!
IBANS is pleased to re-offer this exclusive program for member brokers to enhance skills that will prepare them for professional success.
We have brought back facilitator, Jess Chapman, ethree Consulting, to guide participants through key components that will help build their confidence and highlight the importance of building on basic communication skills to manage change, effectively listen to team members and clients as well as the importance of relationship building.
This three-part hybrid series will begin in February and wrap up in April 2025 with one session being conducted each month. The first two sessions will be offered virtually and the last will be held in person in Halifax.
These sessions will not be sold individually as each component is meant to allow for participants to master vital skills and propel them to the next level of exhibiting positive, purpose driven leadership.
