Job Description / Duties

Reporting to the Branch Supervisor the successful candidates will be highly motivated, client-focused individuals to assist our sales team with our growing book of business. Working closely with an Account Manager, the Commercial Client Service Brokers will help service and manage insurance programs for clients in various industry sectors.

Qualifications / Required Skills

-Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
-Strong desire to work toward our company goals with a focus on teamwork, while also individually motivated to accomplish tasks
-Enthusiasm and positive attitude
-College/University degree an asset
-Strong organizational skills
-Appreciation of the importance of detail
-Capacity for working under pressure
-Ability to work in a highly automated environment
-Experience in property/casualty insurance
-CAIB and/or CIP designation, or be willing to work toward these insurance designations
