Job Description / Duties
We have an opening in our Kentville location for a Personal Lines Broker. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and someone whose outgoing personality makes them a natural to deal with clients and the companies we represent. They will place and service property, auto and various other personal insurance products.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary (commensurate with license level and relevant experience) and benefits package which includes a company pension plan, group life insurance, disability insurance, medical, dental and drug plan, and other benefits.
Qualifications / Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• High School Diploma and/or Post Secondary Education
• Have an active level 2 general insurance license
• Working on or completed CIP/CAIB program (please note courses completed if program is still on-going)
