Job Description / Duties

We are seeking a Store Manager to support our growing customer base with a passion for sales.

The successful individual will be a no nonsense individual who wants to ensure the highest level of service to clients and potential clients.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The successful candidate will:

- love wordings and able to translate insurance lingo into easy to understand information for clients

Professional and educational requirements:
-Must have a level 2 or 3 NS licence
-Have your CAIB or CIP or in the process of completion
- Strong typing skills
- A minimum of 2 years in the industry as a broker
- Previous management experience is an asset but not necessary
- Loyal, responsible and dependable

Additional Information

We offer a salary plus commission, plus a competitive benefits package including loyalty bonuses, course completion bonuses, RRSP plan, referral bonuses, yearly salary increases, performance bonuses and much more. Commissions are paid monthly (range from 15 - 30%).

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
