Job Description / Duties
This is an Immediate Full Time Permanent Position at our Spring Garden Road Office. You will be Responsible for an assigned Client base as well as working with the team to assist all clients when required. New Business Quotes, Arranging New Policies, Reviewing Renewals, Endorsements, Cancellations and Processing Payments and Payment Plans. Also, reporting claims. This is an Exciting Opportunity to Join our Personal Insurance Team of Professionals providing our Valued Clients with Exceptional Customer Service.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Minimum Nova Scotia Level 1 Brokers License and at least Three Years Experience working in a Brokers Office. The successful candidate must have Excellent Communication Skills, be a People Person and Team Player. Comfortable working with electronic business tools such as Email, Internet and Insurance Company Portals. Remain current regarding Underwriting Rules and Workflow Processes. Progression to the completion of the CAIB designation and /or CIP designation is an asset.
