Job Description / Duties
Founders Insurance Group is seeking a skilled customer service representative to fill the position in our Dartmouth office. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in customer service, working within a team, and computer applications( ie. microsoft word, excel etc.)
Responsibilities will include:
-Delivering expert customer service to clients and company representatives at all times.
-Maintaining records of any and all customer interactions on our broker management system.
-Communicating with team members in a respectful and professional manner.
-Issuing pertinent information/documents to clients in a timely and diligent manner.
Qualifications / Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications/ skills:
-2 years experience in the insurance industry or financial services.
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
-Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service.
-Possessing a valid general insurance license would be considered an asset.
