This position provides on the job training to acquire a professional designation (CAIB). This is a great office position for a person looking for a career.

Responsibilities include:
•Helping existing clients by phone, email and in person
•Tailoring insurance solutions for new clients
•Delivering excellent customer service
•Work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications:
•Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Time management skills
•A positive and energetic attitude
•Must be familiar with Windows, Excel, Outlook etc.
•Prior customer service experience by phone or in person

Additional Information

$35,000-$40,000+ Benefits, dependent upon your ability and potential to excel within our organization. Salary will be based on several factors including your previous work habits, ability to learn, etc. It is our wish to offer training and a career to a worthy person that is looking to get ahead. Based on a 37.5hr work week.
