Job Description / Duties

WCL Bauld is looking for an energetic Commercial Insurance Account Executive eager to develop long term relationships with new and existing clients through superior customer service and product knowledge.
The position comes with an existing book of business for the candidate to grow and develop referral business. Additionally, the company supports your new business efforts through corporate lead generation strategies with a professional submission marketing and service support team. An ideal candidate would be a positive outgoing individual who has a strong, independent work ethic yet works well within a team.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Education
• University degree or college diploma

Professional Designation
• Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) or Canadian Insurance Professional (CIP)
• Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member or independently with minimum supervision.
• Client relationship focused.
• Strong negotiations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft office products with a particular emphasis on MS Excel.

Experience
• 3-5 years Business to Business Sales
or
• 1-3 years commercial insurance experience in sales or service

Salary: $60K+ start
