Job Description / Duties
Core Responsibilities
• Exceed established sales and revenue targets.
• Provide prospective clients with quotes and places them with the appropriate market.
• Process residential and automobile applications with accuracy, diligence and in a timely manner.
• Proactively performs outbound initiatives to enhance growth and enhance the client experience.
• Analyzes customer inquiries by providing information on products/services.
• Matches customer needs to insurance company’s products/services.
• Provides information to customers in response to customer inquiries on products/services, converting a high percentage to sales.
• Maintains a strong level of market awareness and understanding of the products which are offered from the numerous insurer markets.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Education Requirement:
• College Diploma/University Degree.
• AMF License required.
• Ability to communicate in French
• Ability to communicate in other languages such as Mandarin, Punjabi, Urdu, Farsi etc is an asset.
Experience or Training:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Personal Lines or general insurance related experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel ,Powerpoint, & MS Outlook
• Working knowledge of Personal Lines.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines products and services.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
