Job Description / Duties

This position provides on the job training to acquire a professional designation (CAIB). This is a great office position for a person looking for a career.

Responsibilities:
- Helping existing clients by phone, email and in person
- Tailoring insurance solutions for new clients
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Must be familiar with Windows, Excel, Outlook, etc..
- Some university or college experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience by phone or in person

Additional Information

Salary will be dependent on ability and potential to excel within the organization and will be based on factors such as previous work habits, ability to learn etc...It is our wish to offer training and a career to a worthy candidate looking to get ahead. Work week will be 37.5 hours and insurance experience not necessary but will factor into salary determination.

Salary: Starting 35-40 K
