Job Description / Duties
- Helping existing clients by phone, email and in person
- Assisting the Personal Lines Team with various office tasks and projects
- Managing/ completing client requests in an timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be proficient with computers: Windows, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have High School diploma. Further education is considered an asset.
- Prior customer service experience by phone or in person is an asset.
- You must be able to work independently and also in a team environment.
Additional Information
Founders Insurance Group is committed to continuous education for its employees, and will provide necessary training to obtain a level 1 general insurance license. Once the team member has settled into their role they will receive the necessary training to obtain their CAIB designation.
Salary: Depending upon experience
