Job Description / Duties
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email, telephone and in person.
Managing an established book of business including policy changes, additions as well as selling to new and existing clients.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Experience in Personal Lines Insurance 2-5 years and have obtained or are working towards CIP or CAIB designation
General Insurance Brokers' License-Level 3 required
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently or as a team in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication & organization skills with attention to detail.
Some University or College experience would be an asset.
Must be familiar with Windows, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of Agency Manager (TAM) broker management system would be an asset
