Overview:
The primary function of this position is to provide quality service to our clients, to assist in development of new business and to work effectively in retention of the existing book of business.

Responsibilities:
• Service existing Book of Business
• Respond promptly and positively to client requests.
• Write new business
• Maintain flow of paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of company coverages.
• Secure ex-dates for future business.
• Collect client payments.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Requirements/Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years Personal Lines Experience.
• Minimum of CAIB 2 working toward completion of CAIB designation.
• TAM experience would be considered an asset.
• Use of Company Portals would be considered an asset
