Job Description / Duties
Primary Responsibilities:
• Contribute to building business and inspiring customer loyalty by offering them the right insurance protection to meet their need
• Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
• Actively participate in training initiatives and professional development required of the position
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Be attentive to the customer to fully understand their situation
• Provide the best advice to help the customer make informed decisions
• Proactively create a trusting environment that fosters the sale of our products and customer retention
Qualifications / Required Skills
• High School and or Post-Secondary Education
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent Sales skills
• General Insurance License or experience is an asset
• Exposure to Agency Manager is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
