Job Description / Duties

•Set aggressive sales targets with your colleagues and leaders and then exceed them -- by so much and so often that your colleagues just don't know how you do it.
•Engage prospects digitally (or using that old technology we call a phone) and help create long term loyal advocates -- they will tell amazing stories to their friends about how you went above and beyond.
•To uncover what a prospect really needs for you to close the sale, your day will be spent interacting with people and using your world class investigative skills -- in fact, you will know what they need before they do!
•Be a champion in the use and adoption of new digital and innovative solutions.
•Provide regular feedback to the digital team to improve and advance our performance. You will become an advocate for improving our digital solutions.
•And of course, other duties as required (and no, you don't have to take out the trash!).
