Job Description / Duties
The position involves: providing front-line customer service of our Personal Lines clients’ policies, responsible for retention, account development of existing clients, quoting and placing New Business as required. Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommend solutions, answering inquires, data entry and thorough record of client contact within our Broker Management system.
Qualifications / Required Skills
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a people oriented individual and team player. Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes. Hold a Level I Insurance License and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Progression to the completion of the CAIB and/or CIP designation is an asset.
