Job Description / Duties
From Archway’s Halifax Office, the Commercial Account Manager/Sales works with an existing book of commercial clients, as well as developing relationships with new commercial accounts within the region. To succeed in this position, you will possess the ability to work on your own and identify new growth opportunities. You will be a team player and have the ability to work effectively with the commercial team.
Qualifications / Required Skills
•3 to 5 years experience as a commercial broker
•Level 3 insurance license in Nova Scotia
•Proven commitment to providing superior customer service satisfaction
•Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
•Self-directed and sales oriented
•Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
•Post-secondary education or CAIB/CIP designation considered an asset
