Job Description / Duties
Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients via email, telephone and in person.
Manage an established book of business including policy changes, additions as well as selling business to new and existing clients
Qualifications / Required Skills
Experience in Personal Lines 2-5 years experience and have or are working towards CIP or CAIB designation
General Insurance Brokers' License- Level 3 is required
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication & organizational skills with attention to detail
Some University or College experience is preferred
Must be familiar with Windows, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of Agency Manager (TAM) broker management system would be an asset
