Job Description / Duties
We have an opening in our Antigonish, Nova Scotia office for a Commercial Client Service Broker. We require a highly motivated, client-focused individual. Working closely with an Account Executive, the Commercial Service Broker will help service and manage insurance programs for clients in various industry sectors. This role will also be assisted by a Technical Service Representative for day to day administrative tasks.
Qualifications / Required Skills
The successful candidate will possess:
- a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- a strong desire to work toward our company goals through teamwork
- individual motivation to accomplish tasks
- College / University degree (an asset)
- strong organizational skills
- appreciation of the importance of detail
- capacity for working under pressure
- ability to work in a highly automated environment
- experience in Property/Casualty insurance
- CAIB and/or CIP insurance designation, or be willing to work toward
