Job Description / Duties

Responsibilities would include:
 Providing exceptional customer service;
 Manage an established book of business;
 Cross-selling and Up-selling;
 Maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
 A General Insurance License is preferred but we will train the right person;
 Experience in Personal Lines would be an asset;
 Work well in a team environment;
 Great interpersonal and communication skills;
 Possess strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
 Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
 Must have a positive and energetic attitude;
 Possess strong problem solving skills and be comfortable with technology.
