Responsibilities would include:
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Greeting customers in person and by telephone
• Managing an established book of business
• Cross-selling
• Maintaining accurate records
• Writing New Business

Qualifications / Required Skills

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
• A General Insurance License is preferred but we will train the right person;
• Experience in Personal Lines would be an asset;
• Work well in a team environment;
• Great interpersonal and communication skills;
• Possess strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
• Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Must have a positive and energetic attitude;
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable with technology.
