Job Description / Duties

We are growing again! We have an opening in our New Glasgow Office for a Commercial Client Service Broker. We require a highly motivated, client-focused individual to assist our sales team with our growing book of business. Working closely with an Account Manager, the Commercial Service Broker will help service and manage insurance programs for clients in various industry sectors.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The successful candidate will possess:

-Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
-Strong desire to work towards our company goals with a focus on teamwork, while also individually motivated to accomplish tasks
-Enthusiasm and positive attitude
-College/University degree
-Strong organizational skills
-Appreciation of the importance of detail
-Capacity for working under pressure
-Ability to work in a highly automated environment.
-Experience in property/casualty insurance
-CAIB and/or CIP designation, or be willing to work towards these insurance designations.
