Job Description / Duties

The Position:
Reporting to the V.P of Operations, the successful candidate will provide a high level of ongoing service to a diverse portfolio of Business Insurance clients.
• Identify customer needs, and exceed client expectations
• Manage customer interactions and service requirements
• Develop and maintain insurance product knowledge expertise
• Manage and service existing client policies as needed
• Answer inquiries about insurance coverage, deductibles, processes, claims, etc.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The Right Person:
Candidates should possess the ability to work in a team atmosphere or independently with little supervision while delivering expected results. Consistently convey a friendly and positive attitude when working with clients. Always perform the duties of the role with the client’s best interests in mind.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective problem-solving skills and comfortable with technology.

The Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years insurance industry experience and working toward their CIP or CAIB designation. Additionally, experience with Business Insurance would be considered an asset.

Salary: The Compensation: Salary - commensurate with experience
