Job Description / Duties

- Managing all aspects of an existing book of business
- Building client relationships through effective client management
- Providing support to an assigned Commercial Producer
- Ensuring new business and retention targets are met, including by means of re-marketing
- Manage the client’s renewal process
- Complete outbound calls as required for renewal review and special projects
- Upsell and cross-sell with existing clients
- Respond to inbound telephone inquiries
- Prompt response to all customer inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service to verbal and written inquiries
- Resolving client concerns and complaints while ensuring that Service Excellence Standards are met

Qualifications / Required Skills

- College Diploma or University Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in insurance Account Management
- General Insurance License required
- Experience with commercial insurance desired
- Team player able to work within Production and Service teams
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective organizational skills and time management
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with EPIC broker management system an asset

Additional Information
