Job Description / Duties
AA Munro Insurance is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our Truro office!
We are looking for someone that demonstrates a high level of organizational skills to work as a team alongside an experienced broker. The duties include, but are not limited to: reviewing renewals; assisting with rewrites; completing and following up on policy changes; pulling drivers reports; and assisting with receivables.
You will be provided with the encouragement, tools and support necessary to reach your goals.
Qualifications / Required Skills
An insurance brokers’ license would definitely be an asset, however we will train the right candidate.
