Job Description / Duties

As an Account Executive with Viewpoint Insurance, your core priorities will be:

to provide superior customer service when responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
•to manage a book of personal lines business
•to quote incoming leads generated from ViewPoint.ca and sell the policy
•to adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners
•to be attentive and review policies and make recommendations based on individual client needs
•following up and coordinating with clients to ensure documents are complete
•making changes through company partner’s portals and websites
•to actively participate in training initiatives and professional development required of the position
Must be able to work remotely from home.

Qualifications / Required Skills

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will bring to the role:

2+ years Personal Lines Experience
•Level 1 NS General Insurance License is required
•Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
•Strong analytical and decision making abilities
•Able to work independently and as part of a team
•CAIB or CIP designations are considered an asset
•Exposure to Task Agency Manager or Epic is considered an asset
